Shipping and Returns Policy

rehanchappal.com are based in the old city of Peshawar, we ship all orders from Peshawar, Pakistan.

Shipping within Pakistan:

• We ship to any city of Pakistan in 5-7 working days.
• A tracking number of TCS/Courier Service will be sent to your email address upon shipping.

Exchange Policy:

• Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
• We offer a 100% exchange of the product if it does not match the requested color or size.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• We do not accept exchanges for orders with incorrectly specified sizes provided by the customer.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging without any damage.
• Customers must explain the reason for exchange or defect before initiating the exchange process.
• The cost of return shipment for exchange should be paid by the customer.
